Many students struggle with achieving their physical goals. They feel out of place and struggle day by day with low self-esteem. One student has suffered from feeling like he didn’t meet the physical achievements that society has put in place. Senior Dimitri Chiakulas has dedicated his life to physical fitness, he treats his body the way he thinks is the best way by lifting weights and nutrition.

He has shaped his life around his goals so much that he decided to turn his passion into a career. He has created his own business called Epiriot Training which is dedicated to helping students achieve “greatness”.

“Students should consider Epiriot Training because not many people know what to do in the gym and find themselves stuck making no progress and have no idea what to do to achieve their goal and getting involved in fitness is a life changing experience that will give you an escape from all the stresses of life and make you a more confident and mentally healthy person,” Chiakulas said.

Epiriot Training is on Instagram (@epiriottraining) and has a website (epiriottraining.com) that tells Chiakulas’ story, what the company offers, and testimonials from clients.

Epiriot Training offers four, six, and twelve week weightlifting programs that range from three to five days a week. The business also sells nutrition plans that go along with the programs and personal training, where Chiakulas will come with his client to the gym of his or her choice and critique/observe his clients.

“Epiriot Training gives trainees a break from the gimmicks and nonsense of the mainstream fitness scene and brings them into a community that not only gives them programming, but strives to build the person’s knowledge as someone who works out so they can continuity achieve their goals,” Chiakulas said.

Chiakulas strives to improve his customers’ knowledge of the lifting world so they can further their journey.

“When you decide to use what I have to offer, you aren’t just buying a program or buying a training session, you’re joining a team of people that made the same choice you did and will receive bountiful support for the goals you set out to achieve,” Chiakulas said.

Chiakulas hopes that students will join his program in the hopes of them achieving their physical and mental goals.
